Our Track Record...
Organisation: Global Financial Services Group

Purpose: Management development programme and annual appraisal process

Scope: Across Europe, Africa and the Middle East

Details: Initial use of the review tool was to support a series of management workshops. The value of the reports was considered sufficient for use as a component of the company's annual appraisal process. Currently these are used for mid year and annual appraisal programmes. Since the start of the programme, the appraisal tool has been enhanced to add increasing levels of value to the organisation with continued use.

Organisation: Major High Street Bank
Purpose: Senior Women's Development Programme
Scope: National across the group

Details: The brief was to develop a competency framework and mapped set of questions to support the organisation's diversity programme. This meant the purposeful inclusion of aspects of assertiveness, work-life balance and diversity in the framework. Thereafter an assessment tool was developed and reviews are conducted annually as part of the bank's diversity programme. The reviews are used in a Senior Women's Development workshop programme. The project has been used in a case study in an upcoming book on assertiveness in business.

Organisation: Construction Group

Purpose: Leadership programme (Board level and senior management)

Scope: Global deployment

Details: This 360 feedback tool was built to the organisation's own specification. This included the ability to deliver questions in five languages, on a global basis. As part of our commitment to excellence, we have provided a service to HR managers, candidates and reviewers in locations from the USA, across Europe and Africa, and across Asia.
